Road rage literally means anger on the road. It is an agressive reactionand may be a result of frustration, carelessness, recklessness, over crowding conditions, driver's ego, weather conditions, or an overprotective attitude about one's vehicle. It is a serious problem and has led to many traumatic accidents. The problem can be solved easily if every one considered roads as public property. the solutions can be: creating comfort zone for driver ahead and behind(atleast one car space), overlooking people's mistakes, and trying to be a courteous driver. Life is too precious to throw away for a petty incident on the road.

Road Rage as defined at dictionary.com is
ReplyDeleteA fit of violent anger by the drive of an automobile, esp. one directed towrd and endangering other motorists or pedestrians.
People who have road rage are usually under stress of some kind. Driving to close, long honking horn,or getting bright lighted are driving conditions that cause someone to get angry toward someone else while they are on the road. They retaliate against that other driver. Tempers flare and much bad language is used. Many accidents happen because of road rage which lead to many injuries and even death. Life is to short for getting mad at someone that probably did not relize that they made a mistake.
I forgot to put my name on that.

Road rage is defined as getting angry while in a vehicle. It is dangerous and unsafe for others around. It causes many accidents every year and puts lives at risk. It is stressful and it involves rude acts, such as cutting people off, absurd honking, and flipping the bird. When people get upset or pissed off their language tends to get nasty. It causes accidents that could have been avoided. It is silly to get that upset over something that doesn't matter that much. Just take a breath and relax.

Road rage is the expression of anger caused by drivers who drive vehicles sporadically. People become angered when a driver cuts another driver off or performing an undesirable action. The increasing number of drivers also leads to more road rage. Road rage can be caused by aggressive drivers who only care about themselves. Some effcts of road rage include an increase in vehicular deaths, and more accidents. People who take out their anger on the road are very dangerous. While driving, it is important to look out for the other drivers and don't take anger out on the road. The guy in the picture is taking his anger out on another driver. He is telling the other driver to read between the lines.

Road rage - pissed off while driving
ReplyDeleteWhen drivers get mad at other drivers it is never a good thing. Road rage will accomplish nothing because most the time the other driver does not even know what you are mad about. Road rage could also be dangerous and could cause accidents. I think that road rage could be easily fixed if everyone drove the speed limit. That is where the problem comes from. It is so frustrating when someone is driving slow. Drive THE speed limit, not under it. If you do that less people will have road rage.

Road rage is when the driver of a car gets angry at another driver, or takes his unrelated anger out on another driver. Most of the time, road rage involves rude, and sometimes vulgar, action such as flipping the bird, cussing, yelling, and making violent gestures. Road rage is caused by usually innocent mistakes made by the other driver such as cuting the other car off, driving too slow, excessive horn honking, and tailgating. These mistakes cause road rage, which can lead to accidents. These accidents can end in injury or death. Road rage is an anger issue that can be solved by both parties being courteous while driving.
